Downing Street has announced that The Venerable Dr Alex Hughes, currently Archdeacon of Cambridge in the Diocese of Ely, is to be the next Bishop of Brixworth.

Alex brings extensive experience from across the Church of England, including parish ministry, diocesan leadership and episcopal support. We are delighted to welcome him to the Diocese of Peterborough.
