Throughout the year we are pleased to host a number of concerts, exhibitions and events.

Fees

Church hire (summer): £45 per hour
Church hire (winter): £55 per hour
Meeting Room Hire: £15 per hour
Small fund raising events/displays: £50 per day
Exhibitions (summer): £20 per day
Exhibitions (winter): £20 per day (+ £6 per hour – heating)
Extras:
Use of Kitchen: £25
Use of organ:

  • The Steinway Grand Piano located in St John’s is the property of the City Council, and requires the prior agreement of the church. The cost of tuning is additional. There is also a Blüthner piano available to use which belongs to the church.

St Luke’s Hire

St Luke’s is available for hire to small groups, of up to 30 people. There is available to hirers a kitchen, equipped for Tea & Coffee making, and serving of light refreshments. Disabled Toilet. Tables and Flexible Seating. Flipchart and Whiteboard & Free Car Parking. (Please note the car parking is shared with St John’s Hall, which occupies the same site.)
