This Sunday, 3rd April, churches across Britain and Ireland will be taking part in #WePrayForUkraine, coming together to pray and light candles for Ukraine, for an end to the conflict, and all affected by the terrible impact of the war.
We will be praying for the people of Ukraine during our services at St Luke’s at 9.15am and St John’s at 11am. We also invite you to join us at 12.30pm in St John’s to hear from our friends at St Olga’s Ukrainian Church about the situation there and how we can best help. 🇺🇦
Afterwards we invite you to light a candle for peace, and St John’s will be open for private prayer until 3pm. Prayers will be offered at 2.45pm and all are welcome to join together as we pray for an end to the conflict and for peace in our world. 💙💛
