Following the death of Her Majesty the Queen, St John’s will be open daily during the official mourning period for prayers and candle lighting.  Brief prayers will be said each day at midday. We will of course be remembering Her Majesty and giving thanks for her life at our regular Sunday services at St Luke’s at 9.15am and St John’s at 11am.

Gracious God,
we give thanks for the life
of your servant Queen Elizabeth,
for her faith and her dedication to duty.
Bless our nation as we mourn her death
and may her example continue to inspire us;
through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
