The name of the next Bishop of Peterborough has been announced by Downing Street. The Right Reverend Debbie Sellin, currently the Bishop of Southampton, will be installed as Bishop of Peterborough at a service in Peterborough Cathedral in early 2024.
On the day of the announcement, 28th September, Bishop Debbie visited the city and the diocese, starting her day at William Law Primary School in Werrington, where the Dean of Peterborough Chris Dalliston formally welcomed her and she led a short Harvest reflection.
