Advent Sunday is on 1st Sunday this year, but the run-up to Christmas is already in full swing – the city’s Christmas Light took place on 22nd November. St John’s was open providing warmth, quiet space, mulled wine and mince pies for anyone who needed to take a breather from what is always a very popular but chilly event.
