Twenty first Sunday after Trinity 2024

Jesus said, “Can you drink the cup I drink or be baptized with the baptism I am baptized with?”

But who or what are angels? Are angels simply God’s messengers? Are they from God, or of God..?

What God does in sending Jesus Christ into the world is to create one new humanity thus making peace…

Our calling is to live in the light of God’s love.. even in the midst of disaster and death..

God is inviting us to work with him, to share with Jesus both his full humanity and full divinity.

Adventuring is exploring – and as we pray, we explore both ourselves and the God to whom we pray..

We must pray with absolute trust that our prayers, however small, however big, will be answered in some way…

..the question for us is, ‘Does the way we are, look as though it’s
founded on prayer and worship?’
