St John’s Hire
Throughout the year we are pleased to host a number of concerts, exhibitions and events.
If you would like to hold and exhibition, or concert or other event, then please contact the Administrator on 01733 563978 or use the “Contact Us” form, marking your enquiry “Hire St John’s”. You can also
download an event booking request form and send either electronically to office@peterborough-stjohns.org.uk, or in the post to: Duncan Garfield, St John the Baptist Church, Peterborough, PE1 1XB.

- The Steinway Grand Piano located in St John’s is the property of the City Council, and requires the prior agreement of the church. The cost of tuning is additional. There is also a Blüthner piano available to use which belongs to the church.
St Luke’s Hire
St Luke’s is available for hire to small groups, of up to 30 people. There is available to hirers a kitchen, equipped for Tea & Coffee making, and serving of light refreshments. Disabled Toilet. Tables and Flexible Seating. Flipchart and Whiteboard & Free Car Parking. (Please note the car parking is shared with St John’s Hall, which occupies the same site.)
